Good location, near the center and it was very clean
-
Liked this place, it was well maintained. Everything was very clean in the room. 25 km from the airport.

Relaxing base for 3 nights. Location and staff were in general beautiful. We only slept at the executive double room, but we liked it. Delhi Diner, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel...

This place is the worst house among I hver ever been experience. Too expensive!! I have already checked near similar house, which was just 40~50GBP. I didn't believe that.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the distance from the hotel to the Royal Mile. The information said approximately a 10 min walk. I would like to see someone walk from the hotel to the royal mile in this time - it was more 20mins plus. This was the reason why I picked this hotel as it was meant to be close to where I wanted to be.

The staff did whatever they could to help. Lovely breakfast.
The executive bedroom was not really executive. Yes it had a kingsize bed but it had a tiny television, small shower, no light in the seating area and a poor wardrobe. However, they did move us and gave us a brand new freeview television.

The location was pretty good for our trip and very clean with a good breakfast to start the day off.
Shame about the communial tea making facilitites, would have preferred our own kettle etc in the room.

The room was perfect , but the staff was the best in my holidays in all around scottland I enjoyed so much ,
Specially the staff attention to the pleople

Good location, friendly staff and nice breakfast.
3% surcharge for using a debit card to pay for the room, also having to pay £5 for Wi-Fi when booking it states internet is free. room was rather cosy than deluxe

The only good thing I would say about this Guest House is that it is well located. It also provides limited car parking which is at a premium in this city.
The room did not live up to the reviews we read, poor quality room with very small bathroom with noisy fan, bed was very uncomfortable, no wireless internet available as advertised, very average and plain breakfast provided, walls are so thin that any noise or conversation in the house was heard ( person heard praying loudly at 2.30am - 2 nights straight) and definately not worth the price charged.
-
Very overpriced for the facilties available. Room cramped and en suite tiny. Breakfast pedestrian

Nice linen
No sitting room; no feeling of welcome. Staff not too knowledgable of area. Place and decor is very dated. Thin walls, thin windows. If you close the windows at night, there is no fresh air. If you keep them open, you hear the double deckers. In the morning, you can smell the bacon from around 6:30am & the smell lingers in the room. Note the shared bathroom/ shower. It's 10 min bus journey to city centre. All in all, you might as well stay in a youth hostel in city centre.
